Yes, we create portraits for up to 4 pets in a single print, with plans to expand to 6 pets soon. To find the right option for your fur family, go to the "Multiple Pets" section in the main menu.

Absolutely! We offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. Digital portraits are ready within 24 hours, and printed portraits are available for proof in 1-2 days. You can request edits or approve for printing and shipping.
We review every pet photo when we receive an order. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you to request more photos. For the best results, take photos in natural light at eye level with your pet, without using flash.
If you’re not satisfied, we’ll revise the artwork based on your feedback and only print once you’re happy.
